Christopher Williams at David Zwirner with an installation about photography. There are X-rays of cameras and wall partitions on wheels with a worn utilitarian feel. I am sure I could smell a whiff of film developer too!

Also there is an historic account of the 1916 Easter rising in Southern Island. Though risking execution as traitors many women took part and the artist celebrates them here.

Anya Gallaccio of Thomas Dane Gallery with extruded clay building up a gallery-sized replica of a mountain in the US. A giant 3D printing process will be used to build the mountain up in layers with a honeycomb internal structure for strength but deliberately compromised by the chaotic nature of the wet clay.

Bouchra Khalili at Lisson Gallery creates new maps of Europe with marker pen as he relates stories of people’s migration. There was a loud bellowing horn-like sound which I presumed to be a sound affect representing the arrival at a port, a major theme in this work.
It actually turned out to be workmen next door using some kind of heavy machinery as part of renovations.
